Contract for every project
The cost depends on the renovation type, area, material level and complexity. We prepare a detailed quote after a free engineer visit — the price for labor in the contract doesn't change.
Yes — use our online calculator for an indicative estimate. An exact quote is only possible after measurement.
We take an advance payment for material procurement (the amount is agreed individually). Payment for completed work happens at the end of specific stages — only after inspection and signing of the acceptance certificate by the client.
We carry out a detailed measurement and fix all necessary works and rough materials in the contract. Any changes only with your written approval.
Cosmetic — 2–4 weeks, capital — 9–13 weeks, designer — 3–5 months. Deadlines are stated in the contract and are a legal obligation.
We pay a penalty for every day late. This is written into the contract.
We can increase the number of workers or work on weekends. However, this strategy doesn't always make sense and can even worsen the result. We are client-focused and ready to discuss different options — in some cases the cost may change.
1 year on all work performed by us. The warranty covers our labour only — materials and equipment are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Found a defect due to our fault — we come and fix it for free.
We work with trusted suppliers in Tbilisi. We can use your materials or help you choose and purchase.
Technical supervision at every stage. Weekly photo report in your personal WhatsApp chat.
Full list of works, materials, start and completion dates, cost, payment schedule, warranty obligations.
Yes. We are a registered company in Georgia. Contract in Georgian and Russian.
We recommend moving out during capital renovation. For cosmetic — discussed individually.
Discounts are discussed individually in each case.
We carry out a joint inspection at each stage. You sign the acceptance certificate only if everything is satisfactory.
A private contractor does charge less. But the final cost is often higher. Here is why:

Contract and price. There is no contract with a private contractor. A verbal quote means the price can grow mid-project: "materials got more expensive", "it turned out to be more complex", "pay extra for waste removal". With a company, the price is fixed in the contract and does not change.

Warranty. A private contractor disappears after payment. If a tile falls off or a pipe leaks a month later — you have to track him down yourself. We provide a written 1-year warranty and fix defects at no charge.

Risk of delays. One person falls ill, takes another job, leaves the city — your renovation stalls. We have a crew and a site manager, work proceeds on schedule.

Control and planning. A private contractor has no site manager, no process maps, no stage-by-stage inspections. Each stage is done by eye and verified by no one. Errors at one stage get buried by the next — and surface only after the finishing coat.

Quality matches the price. A suspiciously low price is not a good deal — it is an honest self-assessment by the contractor. The result will be exactly as good as the specialist valued their own skills. Expectations and reality diverge not because of bad luck — but because that was the plan from the start.

Materials and procurement. A private contractor often asks for money upfront and buys materials himself — you have no control over what goes where. We work turnkey with a full itemised report.

Rework. Every third client comes to us after a private contractor. In 30% of cases the cost of fixing the mistakes is twice the original renovation price — because full demolition, waste removal, and starting from scratch are required. What seemed like a saving turns into double the expense.
